New visitors

Image
News from the garden this week is our new guests who come to visit the garden -- the Blue tits. I am so delighted. I bought this window bird feeder a couple months ago, thought it would inspire my writing, along with my flowers and etc.. I almost gave up as I found no visitors came, even though I put the effort in making the area look inviting as much as possible. Then, last Saturday afternoon, out of the blue, my husband pointed at the window and we saw a blue tit came then another and another. All of a sudden our window feeder became so popular!, they were actually queuing to get take their turn as they could only get in one at a time!!! I am so loving it. One little thing that makes me cross though -- these birds are such messy eaters! They make a fuss of what they like and don't like that seeds and grains fall into my window boxes. I guess it is not much point to teach eating manners to them so I will have to put up  with picking up grains...

This postcard is called "Peac...
